Focused Engagement Survey
The Focused Engagement Survey helps organizations improve employees’ engagement and performance. For those familiar with Leading Edge survey tools in past years, the Focused Engagement Survey is laser-focused on maximum impact, with a shorter timeline, allowing organizations the opportunity for two survey touch points with their teams during the year instead of one (April and September 2024).
