August 26: Thank you! We'd love your feedback

Thank you for joining us for this season! A reminder that consultation calls must be completed by THIS FRIDAY August 29. Please refer to the results email your organization’s report viewers received on June 10 for scheduling instructions.

Please take 10-15 minutes to complete this feedback survey by September 12. Feel free to share it with anyone at your organization who played a role in helping administer the survey for your team. Reminder: The EES is moving! 

Starting in 2026, the Employee Experience Survey will be moving to a Winter administration cycle. The 2026 survey will open for employees in January. This timing will enable organizations to: 

  • Have fresh data early in the new year 
  • Review and respond to results throughout the year 
  • Engage in post-survey consultations and programming before the summer season  

Keep an eye out for information about registration later this fall and be in touch with us at surveys@leadingedge.org with any questions.

August 19: Your Feedback + Last Call for Consultations

As we begin to close out the 2025 post-survey season and begin planning for 2026, we need your insights. We are always working to ensure the survey experience continues to meet your needs. We would appreciate your perspectives to help us understand what worked well, how we can improve, and the impact of participating in the survey.

Consultation Reminder:

August 12: Ideas for Action (cont'd)
  • Cultivate a culture that values employees and their contributions and encourages risk-taking by modeling curiosity. As leaders, prioritize acknowledging fallibility, offering feedback without surprise, and framing work as a collaborative learning process. 
  • Develop clear and thoughtful decision-making processes that are reflective of stable strategic priorities, and strong, consistent systems that empower employees by providing structure and support. Find ways to include diverse perspectives throughout the process and be explicit about how these inputs will impact a final decision. 
  • Communicate consistently, clearly, and in all directions — sharing updates, soliciting feedback, and taking visible, values-aligned action — to build trust, reinforce strategic clarity, and strengthen engagement. By making the implicit explicit, honoring complexity, and managing expectations with both candor and compassion, communication becomes a powerful driver of alignment, confidence, and connection across the organization.
  • Prioritize transparent, equity-focused compensation practices — including clear raise processes, pay adjustments, and affordable benefits that reflect employee needs and account for rising costs of living. Pairing robust time off, holistic wellness offerings, and visible investment in internal growth opportunities reinforces a culture of care, sustainability, and long-term commitment.
  • Find ways to give employees more flexibility, including (but not limited to) workplace arrangement. Leverage creativity and possibility alongside co-creation with employees to identify solutions that will work for a unique context and ensure employees feel some degree of agency and autonomy.
  • Ensure employees are doing meaningful, challenging work that clearly advances the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals. When staff can see the tangible impact of their contributions and progress toward purposeful outcomes, it fuels motivation, pride, and long-term commitment.

As we begin counting down to the end of this year’s survey season, here are a few reminders:

  2. Leverage our survey resources to take action and share with your teams. Feel free to customize our results sharing templates, which you can find under General Resources on our website
  3. Review insights and take action from our Survey Education Series. We shared five emergent headlines based on aggregate data during our final Survey Education Series call, which you can see in the graphic below.

We have officially crossed the one month mark since you received your survey data, and we hope you have been taking meaningful action and sharing learnings with your staff.
