June 4: Preparing for After Survey Actions

TODAY'S TIP: Take some time to explore our After Survey Action offerings!

With the survey now closed, we want to ensure you're supported to take action around your data once it's released on Tuesday, June 10. Here's how to take next steps:

  • Thank your staff! Show appreciation for your team's participation! Let them know their voices were heard, and schedule a time to share key survey themes. You'll find various templates and communication tools on our resources page.
  • Confirm your list of report viewers by the end of day today: Once your CEO confirms your list of report viewers, those individuals (and your assigned consultant, if applicable) will gain access to your results once released. If your CEO hasn't completed this step, please make sure they do so by the end of day today.
  • Join our final Survey Education Series workshops: There's still time to register for the final two sessions in our Survey Education Series! If you're unable to attend live, the recording will be shared with all registrants. More information, including registration details, can be found on our website
  • Apply for our Culture Deep Dive Pilot Series: This small-group workshop series offers practical tools to support progress in two essential growth areas, Belonging & Psychological Safety and Communication & Decision-Making. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis until capacity is reached, or until June 20. Learn more and apply here!

May 20: Who gets access to your data?

TODAY’S TIP: Mark your CEO’s calendar for May 27

Survey results will be released on Tuesday, June 10 — but only if your organization meets the participation threshold. Results will be shared with your CEO and assigned consultant, with the option to add more report viewers. Here’s how to ensure access:  

  1. On Tuesday, May 27, CEOs and Survey Liaisons will receive an email with the list of report viewers that was submitted on the registration form.
  2. CEOs must confirm or update the list by replying to that email by Wednesday, June 4.
  3. Survey Liaisons can also confirm or update the list on the CEO’s behalf by replying all (and CC’ing the CEO) to the same email by the June 4 deadline. 

If your organization doesn’t meet the 33% participation threshold: CEOs and Survey Liaisons will receive a separate email on May 27 notifying you that your organization didn’t receive enough responses to receive access to your results and pro-bono consultation. 


The survey closes this Friday, May 23 at 11:59 pm ET — rally your team to finish strong!

May 13: Helpful resources to encourage participation among your staff

TODAY'S TIP: Do one thing to encourage participation this week.

With the survey closing next Friday, May 23, we want to help your organization make every effort to receive meaningful feedback from your employees.

We've outlined various strategies you can implement in our participation guide, and have also created email templates you can customize and share with your staff. You can also view the recording of our Survey Education Series workshop around recommended best practices.

Have staff who can't find their survey link? Send them this kiosk link along with their email address from the HRIS. They'll just need to enter that email address as their code, and they'll be good to go!

Need to update or replace an email address? Unfortunately, we're unable to update emails or resend survey links, but employees can access their survey by clicking the same kiosk link and entering their email address from the HRIS as the code.

May 6: It’s Survey Launch Day!

As your team works to ensure your organization has a great survey experience, below are some reminders to support you throughout the process:

  1. The survey will be released in batches throughout the day today. Your staff will receive their unique survey link by 11:59 pm ET from Leading Edge via Culture Amp <notifications@cultureamp.com>, and should check their all mail, junk, and spam folders.
  2. As your organization's survey liaison, you'll receive an additional email from Culture Amp when your participation rate report is available for viewing. Note: CEOs will not receive this email.
  3. Keep this kiosk link handy! Since we're unable to update email addresses or resend survey links, you can send any employee who can't find their survey this kiosk link and have them use their email address, as it was spelled on the HRIS, as the code.
  4. At this stage, we're unable to add new participants or make updates to employee demographics. This means we can only accommodate change requests to remove employees from the survey.

April 29: Get ready for next week’s survey launch!

Complete our readiness checklist to prepare for next week’s survey launch.

Here are two things you can do to help ensure your employees are ready to participate in next week’s survey:

  • Customize these email templates to remind your staff the survey launches next Tuesday!
    The survey will be sent in batches, so they can expect to receive their unique link anytime before 11:59 pm ET on Tuesday, May 6.
  • Keep the kiosk link handy!
    If an employee is unable to find their survey link, or if it was sent to an incorrect or misspelled email address, they can access their survey by clicking this kiosk link and entering their email from the HRIS as it was submitted as the code. Note: we will not be resending survey links or correcting misspelled or incorrect email addresses.
April 22: Important emails hitting your inbox this week!

With just two weeks until the May 6 survey launch, we want to call your attention to two emails you'll be receiving this week that ask for a response:

  • Later today: CEOs and Survey Liaisons will receive a separate email from Leading Edge to confirm your organization’s consultant match in the event your organization meets the participation threshold to receive access to your results and consultation. Please have your CEO respond to the email no later than Friday, May 2.
  • Tomorrow: Survey Liaisons will receive a test survey at some point tomorrow from Leading Edge via Culture Amp <notifications@cultureamp.com>. This short survey will remain open until Wednesday, April 30, as it helps to ensure your organization’s email servers don’t block Culture Amp notifications when the survey launches in two weeks!
April 8: Three reminders to prepare for a successful survey

Keep these dates and links handy. 

The May 6 survey launch is quickly approaching! Here are key reminders to help your organization prepare: 

  1. IMPORTANT: We are unable to process changes leading up to the May 6 survey launch or while the survey is open. This means we cannot add employees or update demographics on the HRIS or survey. We will only be able to accommodate requests for removing employees from the survey.
  2. Keep this kiosk link handy! If an employee is unable to find their survey link, or if it was sent to an incorrect or misspelled email address, they can access their survey by clicking this kiosk link and entering their email from the survey as it was submitted as the code.
  3. Be on the lookout for a test survey from Leading Edge via Culture Amp <notifications@cultureamp.com> that will be hitting your inbox on April 23. This short survey is shared to help make sure your organization’s servers don’t block notifications from Culture Amp. If you haven’t done so already, we recommend also sharing this article with your IT Department this week.


Additionally – CEOs and survey liaisons will be receiving an email on Tuesday, April 22 about consultant pairings. Please keep an eye out and plan to respond no later than Friday May 2.

April 1: Save the date for upcoming survey workshops!

Start planning for after-survey offerings!

As we’re quickly approaching our May 6 survey launch date, we want to encourage you to think ahead by holding time on the calendars of appropriate staff who should attend the final two workshops of our  Survey Education Series

  1. Survey Education Series: The survey’s closed; now what?
    Thursday, June 12 from 12:00 – 1:15pm ET
    This session will provide an overview of how to read and filter your report, prepare for your consultation, and how to thank staff for their participation.

    Note: The registration link will be shared with organizations who’ve met the participation threshold after the survey closes.
  2. Survey Education Series: Themes and Insights from the 2025 Survey
    Thursday, July 10 from 12:00 – 1:30pm ET

    This session will uncover high-level trends from the full cohort of participating organizations, as well as action-planning and accountability strategies. The registration link will be shared with all participating organizations after the survey closes.
March 25: Survey Troubleshooting Techniques

Help make sure staff can receive the survey.

When the survey launches on May 6, employees will be sent a unique survey link from “Leading Edge via Culture Amp” at notifications@cultureamp.com to the email address that was submitted on their behalf on the HRIS.

To help ensure staff receive the email in their inbox, share this article with your IT Department so your organization’s servers don’t block Culture Amp notifications.

Kiosk Link:

If at any point during the survey an employee cannot find their unique link, or if it was sent to a misspelled or incorrect email, they’ll be able to access their survey by clicking this kiosk link and entering their email address as it was submitted on the HRIS as their unique code..


Be sure to keep the kiosk link handy! Once an HRIS is submitted, we’re unable to edit or replace email addresses; and once the survey opens, we’ll be unable to resend survey links.

March 18: Encourage participation early and often!

Set a goal to achieve at least 70% participation!

Staff participation is essential to the success of the survey. Having a high participation rate helps ensure that more voices are heard and that your results reflect an accurate representation of your workplace.  

If you’re looking for ways to encourage participation, start by reviewing this resource of suggestions based on your work arrangement. 

You can also register here to gain tips and strategies from other survey liaisons during our Survey Education Series workshop this Thursday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm ET.

Once the survey opens, you’ll also be able to view your participation rates in real time to help you steer your efforts while the survey is live. 

March 11: Does your staff know the survey’s coming?

Tell your staff about the survey.

With less than two months until the survey launches, communicating with your staff early and often is the first step to achieving a high participation rate. 

Here are three things you can do today:

  1. Customize these email templates to let your team know why you’ve chosen to participate and when they can expect the survey.
  2. Remind staff that their identities and responses are protected in multiple ways, as outlined in our confidentiality guide
  3. Register here to engage with other survey liaisons around communication and participation strategies next Thursday, March 20 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm ET (10:00 am – 11:00 am PT).
