Yocheved Sidof

Yocheved Sidof is a founder, social entrepreneur, educator, and activist. In 2010, she challenged normative school models and founded a progressive Chassidic school, Lamplighters Yeshivah, which grew from a hopeful endeavor to a fast-growing, internationally recognized movement in education reform. During her decade as CEO, she developed strategic relationships with diverse innovators, educators and philanthropists from across the Jewish community, raising $5 million from major gifts and crowd-funding. 

Yocheved is a writer, speaker, coach, and consultant on the intersection of innovation and tradition, and creating communities with healing at the center. She founded SOURCE, a leadership empowerment firm that supports entrepreneurs and philanthropists to enact their visions with a holistic, systemic lens. Yocheved harnesses her unique background to advise clients on strategic development, change management, fundraising and outreach.
