Lauren Porter is Manager, Outreach & Engagement at Leading Edge, where she drives recruitment and engagement strategies for Leading Edge programs, crafts participant and stakeholder experiences, and cultivates relationships with external partnerships across the Jewish nonprofit sector. Previously, as Manager, Surveys & Data, Lauren supported data-related streams of work and developed a strong user experience for organizations accessing Leading Edge surveys and resources.
Prior to joining Leading Edge, Lauren designed solutions and managed projects that strengthened organizational operations and enhanced employee and customer experiences across various organizations.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Planning and Public Policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling to new places.
