Kristi Quinn (she/her) is an innovative relationship builder, communicator, and creator, serving as Manager, Outreach & Engagement at Leading Edge. After a stint as a ballroom dance teacher, Kristi found her professional calling in nonprofit work, working in the Jewish communal sector for over ten years. Kristi has worked in a variety of roles, including client-facing program support, administration, management, communications, and business development. This experience has built a deep understanding of how collaboration, both internally and externally, fortifies communities and builds the resilience needed to face the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Prior to this role, Kristi served as Manager, Communications at Leading Edge, Manager of Communications and Business Development at JPro, and Career Services Manager and Communications Manager at Jewish Family & Career Services of Louisville. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from the University of Kentucky.
Kristi resides in Louisville, KY with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, listening to all kinds of music, and oscillating between prestige television and frivolous reality shows.
