In her role at Leading Edge, Amy spearheads the Leading Places to Work portfolio which supports Jewish nonprofit organizations on their quests to become even better places to work. Along with her team she also leads the People Pro Collective (P2C), which supports the “people people” (i.e. professionals who focus on talent) in the sector.
Amy has spent most of her career in the field of organizational psychology both as a consultant and in roles internal to organizations including working at Korn Ferry Hay Group, City Year Headquarters, and Hillel International. Some of her consulting work has focused on leadership in public education and ongoing consulting to public and corporate clients. She has served as a board member of Hillel International, Joshua Venture Group, and currently serves on the boards of directors of Keshet and the Jewish Studio Project.
