Our journey together doesn't end with the close of your formal program.

The Leading Edge Alumni Network is here for you with continued learning, resources, connections, and support as you continue growing as a leader and driving change in your organization, your board, and your community.

It’s all about connection.

  • “Participating in my leadership program equipped me with new tools and skills to be a strong board member and board leader. My favorite takeaway, however, was the incredible community. I know that as I continue on my leadership journey, I have got colleagues, friends and the Leading Edge team I can count on for support."

  • “My entire Leading Edge experience has been crucial to my growth as a Jewish communal leader. From the brilliant minds in my cohort to the alumni network, I've been pushed to think and act more boldly, and know I have a team of supporters available when I'm feeling challenged, overwhelmed, or want to celebrate success. I feel so fortunate that I had this opportunity.”

Why an Alumni Network?

Our programs are brief, but connections with fellow leaders have the potential to be a key lever in effecting change throughout the sector. We know that what happens after a cohort learning experience concludes is frequently as or more impactful than the program itself. We invest in and prioritize the Leading Edge Alumni Network as a strategic step toward our mission of improving workplace culture and leadership across the Jewish nonprofit sector.

How can I join the Leading Edge Alumni Network?

The Leading Edge Alumni Network is open to alumni of Leading Edge’s leadership programs who actively work in or serve on the board of a Jewish community organization. Eligible programs include current programs (Leading Executives, Leading Partners, and Leading Teams) and past programs (CEO Onboarding, Board Member Institute, Unraveling the Boardian Knot). If you've participated in one or more of those programs, and you currently work in or serve on the board of a Jewish nonprofit organization, then you're in the network! (No formal step is necessary to join it.)

Who can attend an alumni workshop?

Workshops are open to alumni of Leading Edge’s leadership programs.

What is the Leading Edge Alumni Forum?

This is a gathering of select members of the  Leading Edge Alumni Network to learn about sector-wide trends and leadership themes, and connect with leaders across the community. The Forum is a multi-day learning experience focused on specific, timely, and relevant content. Our next forum will be in September 2024 in Atlanta, GA open to CEOs/EDs and board members who currently work or serve in Jewish organizations.
