Will Bonfiglio joins Leading Edge as Program Associate, Leading Places to Work. Previously, he spent over a decade working as a program director, training facilitator, and educator at nonprofit and education organizations that include COCA-Center of Creative Arts and Washington University in St. Louis. 

He holds graduate degrees in Nonprofit Management and Theatre & Performance Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. An alumnus of the Fulbright Program, he lives in St. Louis where he loves supporting the city’s vibrant arts and culture sector. In 2021, he became one of the youngest leaders selected to complete the Leadership St. Louis professional development program. When not teaching courses on performance and politics at area universities and community organizations, he actively contributes to the local arts scene as a theatre artist and a community member of the New Jewish Theatre Guild.
